Your Comprehensive Guide to Non-Toxic Living
Overwhelmed by all of the information out there about which brands are best, what you need to avoid to live a healthier life, and sneaky ingredients to look out for? ‘Toxic’ is for you.
I eventually created a list of cleaner and safer brands for a variety of products and offered it to my audience as a freebie and it took off.
After hundreds of downloads, I decided I wanted to create a more useful tool that gave you the knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle without the headache of researching each and every ingredient in your products.
Toxic is your one stop shop for everything from safe brands, recipes to make cleaning products at home, water filters, and whether organic is always the way to go.
I created ‘Toxic’ to take the guess work out of it for you.
What Does a Non-Toxic Lifestyle Entail?
That’s the beauty of it - it’s whatever you make it! I’m a huge proponent of giving you the information, not to scare you, but to empower you.
No one is perfect and no one expects you to be! There may be some things that you can easily switch out and other things that you decide are worth the risk (I still use my Kristen Ness hair product every week…even though it’s ranked a 6 on the EWG Skin Deep Database).
However, the more you can ditch and switch the better off your endocrine system, gut health, hormones and liver health will be.
